Oakley is seeking a Sales Supervisor to work closely with the store manager, provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, and ensure store profitability.

Responsibilities

Achieve high levels of performance and sales results
Train and manage employees
Oversee merchandise preparation and displays

Coordinate restocking of merchandise

Qualifications

2+ years of retail experience
1+ year of retail management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Physical fitness to stand and move around the store
Bilingual
