Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a Market of up to 10 Stores to meet company objectives
Develop strategies to maximize sales and exceed goals
Promote exceptional customer interactions and flawless delivery of Oakley experience
Coach, develop, mentor, and inspire the team to enhance store performance
Manage store staffing levels and recruit top talent
Create an inclusive environment reflecting the brand culture
Monitor performance and hold the team accountable for achieving results

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of previous Multi-Unit leadership experience
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong product knowledge and ability to motivate others
Proven track record of selecting high-performing talent
