Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership team in recruitment process.
  • Champion team member onboarding process.
  • Coordinate benefits administration and other HR tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with quality assurance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead training and team member development initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare/senior housing.
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
