Job Description

Moxie Virtual Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant & Office Manager to support the Owner/Operator of EMI Network and Unique Growth. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating tasks, and providing high-level support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for meetings
  • Take initiative on projects to reduce administrative workload
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including CRM data entry and lead follow-ups
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain workspace
  • Support content creation and marketing collateral development
  • Handle confidential information and act as a liaison between Owner and stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative duties and maintain office cleanliness

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in administrative support or office management preferred
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively
