Source and attract top talent to grow candidate database
Evaluate candidates through skills assessments, experience reviews, and cultural fit analysis
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Improve AI-powered screening process through feedback and insights
Own client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
Client-facing experience in account management or customer success
Strong ability to evaluate candidates holistically
Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
Autonomous, organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
