Responsibilities

Institute developmentally appropriate curriculum
Handle demands of infants and toddlers
Create positive learning environment
Ensure safe structured learning environment
Plan daily lessons supporting growth of each child
Communicate with parents and staff
Deliver child progress to parents and teachers
Present age-appropriate expectations

Qualifications

1 year of experience in licensed childcare preferred
Flexible in challenging situations
Strong organizational skills
Ability to build strong relationships
Commitment to professional development
