Job Description

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of daily production and order fulfillment in the distribution center.

Responsibilities

Establish operational procedures for warehouse activities
Lead and measure daily processes for order fulfillment
Partner with Director of Operations for resolving challenges
Manage human resource processes and employee relations
Oversee expense management and inventory control
Support sales representatives and customer service
Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant work experience
3-5 years supervisory experience
Certification as CDR in relevant states
Effective communication and leadership skills
High sense of urgency and integrity
