Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Lead responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing personnel, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining safety standards. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and delegate tasks to Warehouse Operators
Enforce safety and operational policies
Train Warehouse Operators on policies and procedures
Manage inventory accuracy and cycle count procedures
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of hand tools
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
