Job Description

Warehouse Lead position responsible for overseeing Warehouse Operators, ensuring safety, efficiency, and key performance indicators are met.

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Lead will monitor and delegate tasks to Warehouse Operators.
Promote and enforce safety and operational policies.
Train Warehouse Operators on policies and procedures.
Audit and monitor inventory transactions for accuracy.
Perform cycle counts and maintain housekeeping standards.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience.
2 years experience in Manufacturing or Production environment.
Good communication skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate hand tools and troubleshoot effectively.
