Job Description

Medline Industries is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily administration and operation of the warehouse in McDonough, GA. The ideal candidate will ensure materials are received, stored, shipped, and reported in accordance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily administration and operation of the warehouse
Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped, and reported
Direct and supervise warehouse staff
Review effectiveness of operating procedures and space utilization
Account for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities
Assist in maintaining a safe work environment
Lead day-to-day activities of employees
Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree a plus
At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching and mentoring staff
At least 3 years warehouse experience
