Job Description

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a part-time Team Leader and provide a brand experience for customers. Motivate and inspire the team to exceed customer service and sales standards.

Responsibilities

Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information regularly
Ensure effective space management techniques
Maintain store graphics system and fixtures
Evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques
Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising
Motivate and develop the team

Qualifications

Leadership/management experience in a retail store
Employee training delivery
Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
Physical specifications: lifting 30 lbs, availability to work up to 20 hours/week
