Job Description

Join our team at West Elm as an Assistant Store Manager in Operations. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability through effective management of in-store order fulfillment via Omni channels.

Responsibilities

Lead customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services
Identify, execute and maintain shipping lanes in the stock room
Ensure effective stockroom organization and supplies
Perform regular audits and daily reconciliations
Champion safety best practices
Create a positive work environment for all associates

Qualifications

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Superior critical thinking skills
2-3 years of retail sales or management experience
Omni channel fulfillment experience a plus
