Responsibilities

Support store's selling, service, event and customer experience efforts to drive traffic & sales.
Meet personal productivity targets and goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Model selling & service for the team and achieve SPH.
Partner with GM to assess, recognize, and motivate talent.

Qualifications

Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to motivate and influence others.
1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
Full-time availability required.
