Responsibilities

Lead the store team to create exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales goals
Ensure adequate staffing on the sales floor and serve as a role model for sales associates
Coach staff on customer service principles and product knowledge
Create a positive environment for all associates to thrive
Resolve client service issues promptly and effectively

Qualifications

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Superior critical thinking and time management skills
2-3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience
