Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Division Sales Executive in Government as part of Commercial Banking. The Government Banking Sales Executive will lead the implementation of approved Gov industry strategies to enhance business productivity, promote growth programs, improve client acquisition techniques, and identify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement Gov industry sales strategies based on market trends and business goals
  • Provide oversight in identifying viable opportunities and managing pipeline progression
  • Work with Gov subject matter experts to create thought leadership and sector insights
  • Partner with key partners to implement growth strategies and reinforce a continuous improvement sales culture
  • Utilize data analysis to forecast sales trends and mitigate risks

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • In-depth understanding of Government Banking's client segments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
