Responsibilities

Lead and support Center Store departments based on daily business needs
Train and coach associates to ensure high performance
Ensure department standards are consistently met
Collaborate with leadership to exceed guest expectations
Assist with product location and guest inquiries
Maintain department cleanliness
Assist with performance reviews and corrective actions

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent
2+ years of retail leadership experience
Knowledge of non-perishable department operations
Ability to make timely decisions and manage a diverse team
Proper training on equipment such as hand jacks, forklifts, and trash compactors
