Job Description

Join our team at Care Access as a Team Leader, Warehouse Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient warehouse and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in fulfilling duties associated with a warehouse specialist role as required.
Supervising and coordinating warehouse staff to ensure all operations deadlines are met.
Training and mentoring warehouse specialists on best practices and procedures.
Efficiently coordinate and schedule calibrations across the company, ensuring timely and effective management of calibration processes.
Overseeing the receiving, processing, and storing of incoming stock and materials.
Managing inventory levels and conducting regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
Collaborating with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Utilizing warehouse management software to track inventory and generate reports.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating equipment maintenance as needed.
Assisting the Warehouse Manager in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Systematically gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making processes and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Experience driving large vehicles or trucks preferred.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
