Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage incoming packages; assist with shipping and sample procurement.
  • Conduct basic market research and run occasional errands.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and product teams.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for team reimbursements.
  • Assist in recruiting new team members for permanent roles and internships.
  • Manage corporate card reimbursements for employees.
  • Support HR and accounting functions, including payroll processing.
  • Plan and coordinate team-building events.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Prior experience in HR, accounting, or office administration preferred.
