Job Description

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is seeking a Machine Shift Leader for their plant in Mount Jackson, Virginia. The ideal candidate will supervise, coordinate, and support machine and packing operators to ensure smooth operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise machine and packing operators
Coordinate production priorities
Train production staff on tasks execution
Perform technical operations and maintenance
Ensure quality control in production

Qualifications

Knowledge of plastic molding technologies
Experience in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment rules
Minimum 3 years experience as a shift leader in manufacturing
