Job Description

Join Modern Maintenance, Inc. as a Warehouse Custodian and play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in large commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Buff and polish floors as needed to maintain a professional appearance.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
