Job Description

Join BPS Supply Group as a Warehouse Supervisor and be responsible for the overall management, training, and development of the assigned branch warehouse. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
Provide coaching, support, and feedback to enhance team performance.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct employee training on safety and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing warehouse facilities and employees.
Proficiency with MS Office 365 and distribution-specific ERP systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
