Job Description

Join our team at egelloC, a leading coaching company specializing in guiding students and families through the college admissions process. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative (Advisor) to engage with clients and match them with the right coaching program.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Breakthrough Calls (BTs) to qualify leads and determine fit.
  • Schedule and conduct Enrollment Conferences (ECs) to present egelloC?s coaching programs.
  • Perform needs analysis to tailor solutions for each client.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM and track pipeline progress.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best sales practices to enhance performance.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including promotional materials and training videos.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong persuasive selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends for improvement.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle a busy sales cycle.
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM platforms (Close CRM, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
