Job Description

Transport freight across dock area to/from trailers for loading.

Responsibilities

Perform freight handling using appropriate equipment.
Verify documentation matches freight description.
Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
Recoup/repair damaged freight when necessary.
Complete required documentation and reports.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in warehousing or freight handling preferred.
Ability to count and perform basic math.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift/carry hand freight of varying weights.
