Job Description

As a Bakery Department Lead, you will drive sales in your area and supervise your team to deliver high-quality bakery products to our members at affordable prices.

Responsibilities

Supervise the team within the Bakery department to ensure business goals are met
Maintain knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and safety standards
Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve customer experience
Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months experience in bakery production or team supervision
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred: Experience in bakery decorating and food safety certification
