Job Description

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to maintain inventory and supplies, supervise staff, and ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Sets the tone and expectations for daily activities using strong leadership skills.
Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, training, and coaching employees.
Meets warehouse operational standards by implementing production and quality standards.
Maintains inventory accuracy and secures warehouse.
Keeps equipment operating well and tracks key performance indicators.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years prior supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse WMS software and MS Office proficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
