Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Procurement team and help transform complex data sets into meaningful insights to drive automation solutions globally.

Responsibilities

Participate in feasibility analysis and solutioning new automation opportunities.
Develop use cases and documentation to support automation projects.
Manage project work to improve category management and stakeholder interactions.
Analyze source system data structures, definitions, and anomalies.
Identify and quantify automation opportunities through ideation and implementation.
Interact with procurement professionals to develop process maps and requirements.
Implement creative solutions to new challenges.
Utilize RPA technology to automate and streamline business processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of visualization software and SQL.
Experience with PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and relational databases.
Understanding of ERP platforms, particularly SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Ability to think critically and communicate effectively.
