Job Description

Join Oak Harbor Freight Lines as a Forklift Operator/Dock Worker and become part of a legacy in regional trucking. We are seeking dedicated individuals to handle loading/unloading tasks efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks within specified timelines.
Record exceptions in shipment count or condition to minimize cargo claims.
Manage paperwork accurately, including delivery receipts and bills of lading.
Regroup shipments as needed.
Meet company reliability standards and work various shifts.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift experience strongly preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers.
Basic English language proficiency required.
