Job Description

Join MetLife's Global Customer Solutions and Operations team as a Customer Care Advocate. Handle inbound customer service inquiries to resolve complex customer issues and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and email
  • Resolve complex customer issues with effective listening skills
  • Deliver service experiences that exceed expectations

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Flexible to work specific shifts between 8:00am - 11:00pm EST
  • Available for full training from May 5th to June 23rd
