Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Ensure office equipment is in working order
  • Manage employee information in HRIS
  • Organize health and safety meetings
  • Complete incident reports
  • Perform payroll preparation processes
  • Reconcile daily cash
  • Monitor and reconcile daily cash expenses

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience in administration
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry is an asset
