Job Description

Responsibilities

Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
Supervise and guide service and experience standards, providing impactful coaching.
Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
Recruit, impact candidate experience, select, and retain team members.
Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.

Qualifications

1-3 + years leadership experience.
Valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications.
Passion for hospitality and creating world-class experiences.
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
