Job Description

ASR Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse activities including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and employee supervision. This position requires working closely with up to 30 unionized employees on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Supervise loading/unloading operations and ensure compliance with policies
Develop labor schedules and enforce company policies
Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards
Lead inventory management and reporting
Ensure accurate and efficient shipment processes

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
Experience in a union environment preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse equipment
