Job Description

Join CJ Logistics as a Production Planner in Shafter, CA. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage daily work assignments, product allocation, and communication with customers across multiple warehouses.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor daily work assignments at multiple warehouses.
Manage product allocation for outbound orders to ensure on-time shipping.
Analyze data trends to manage warehouse operations effectively.
Coordinate inbound and outbound schedules for multiple warehouses.
Resolve product shorts and guide investigations to maintain healthy fill rate ratios.
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of warehouse experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and warehouse management systems.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
