Job Description

Join TownTasks as an AEC Recruiter to support recruitment efforts across the organization. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

Set and execute a full-cycle recruiting strategy
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
Partner with internal departments and hiring managers
Build recruitment strategies supporting DEI goals
Utilize various recruiting tools for sourcing
Collaborate on offer negotiation
Promote company culture in recruiting activities

Qualifications

5+ years of Corporate Recruiting/Agency Recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in full life cycle recruiting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Proficient in social media and internet recruiting
