Job Description

Warehouse Manager position at TownTasks in Toledo, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment.
Supervise and coordinate MHE technicians, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and available for use in a timely manner.
Assess MHE equipment for remarketing opportunities, coordinate regional rental efforts, and manage repair processes for off-lease equipment.
Develop operational procedures and safety protocols, oversee logistics, and maintain communication with customers, teams, and vendors.
Train and mentor warehouse staff and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5-7 years of MHE maintenance, repair, and warehouse/service management experience.
Expertise in technical and logistical MHE management, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
Hands-on experience with MHE repair, maintenance, and operational management.
Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and safety knowledge.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
High school diploma or GED required.
