Job Description

Warehouse Manager position at TownTasks in Toledo, Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate MHE technicians, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and available for use in a timely manner.
  • Assess MHE equipment for remarketing opportunities, coordinate regional rental efforts, and manage repair processes for off-lease equipment.
  • Develop operational procedures and safety protocols, oversee logistics, and maintain communication with customers, teams, and vendors.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of MHE maintenance, repair, and warehouse/service management experience.
  • Expertise in technical and logistical MHE management, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with MHE repair, maintenance, and operational management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and safety knowledge.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
