Responsibilities

  • Play key role in Relationship Management, Sales Process, and Risk Management
  • Complete basic research on customer profiles and assess ways to add value to clients' banking relationship

  • Proactively reach out to clients to follow up and educate on value-added products/services
  • Onboard new customers and establish trust with existing clients

  • Maintain internal control standards and meet registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years proven retail sales experience OR 1 year proactive sales experience
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, well-organized with time management abilities
  • Demonstrated financial services product knowledge and ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficient with internet user-level technology
