Job Description

DiaMedical USA is seeking a Contract & Bid Proposal Coordinator to manage the bidding process, proposals, and contract management to ensure compliant and winning results.

Responsibilities

Manage bid proposal and contract process.
Act as central point of contact for Sales team.
Monitor bid proposal content for compliance.
Collaborate with various departments to respond to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs.
Prepare detailed proposal plans and schedules.
Research regulations and policies for bid management.
Source procurement opportunities and maintain bid pipeline.
Complete Quarterly Contract and Bid Sales Reporting.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in related field and 2 years of experience.
Experience in RFP, bidding, or contract environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
