Job Description

Join RTX Corporation's Enterprise Services team as a Manager overseeing Payroll and Labor Accounting for Raytheon business units. This role involves managing financial responsibilities, assisting in month-end close processes, and driving strategic financial projects.

Responsibilities

Manage monthly financial close
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis
Oversee Government reporting and Audit oversight
Lead Labor Accounting for Raytheon business units
Drive initiatives for operational effectiveness and efficiency
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, RTX Policy, and U.S. government cost accounting standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting
At least 3 years of management experience
Proficiency in SAP and Blackline
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
