Job Description

Join RTX Corporation as an IT Operations Engineer to support large-scale S4HANA and supporting applications. This role involves working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Sustain IT operations using ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
Utilize ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
Manage relationships with third-party IT service providers.
Support and maintain large-scale SAP S4HANA implementation.
Oversee the management and maintenance of Azure cloud infrastructure.
Coordinate automation of scaling and capacity requirements within Azure environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years' experience with ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
Experience in IT Operations and Sustainment leadership.
Experience in managing IT sustainment services with MSP vendors.
SAP Experience.
Monitoring and maintaining IT service performance using metrics and KPIs.
