Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager with experience in the agrochemical space to support various pesticide registration projects. The Project Manager will work alongside registration specialists, the regulatory manager, the principal regulatory consultant, and other project members to ensure project coordination and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and management of pesticide registration projects.
  • Collaborate with registration specialists, regulatory managers, and consultants to track project progress and milestones.
  • Maintain clear communication among project members and ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of project documentation, including regulatory submissions and reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the agrochemical industry, preferably with EPA FIFRA pesticide registration.
  • Previous involvement in regulatory or compliance projects (formal project management experience not required).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint).
  • Minimum of 10 hours availability per week.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
