The Human Resource Coordinator role involves ensuring all employee records and compliance reports meet standard requirements. This position plays a crucial role in validating Health Sanctions reporting, managing employee disciplines, and overseeing compliance with HR-related regulations.
Ensuring HR compliance reports are completed on time.
Managing employee databases for regulatory and healthcare compliance.
Tracking upcoming licenses/certifications and following up on delinquencies.
Supporting HR Management with incomplete performance reviews and employee record gathering.
HS Diploma required, BS in Related Field preferred.
1 year of HR Operations support experience required, healthcare industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and HRMS System.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
