Responsibilities

Implement individual marketing plan
Provide leadership to the call center sales department
Establish performance goals for employees
Develop the Strategic Marketing Plan
Generate new sales opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
Retail auto or dealership vendor experience
Willingness to travel
