Job Description

Join Sedgwick as a Vocational Specialist and play a crucial role in providing vocational services to individuals with injuries and disabilities. This is a hybrid role allowing remote work from home and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

Obtain and analyze medical and vocational information to determine suitable job search opportunities
Conduct training programs and job seeking skills training with clients
Contact employers to develop job opportunities for clients
Provide services such as resume writing, career counseling, and vocational evaluations
Work with referral sources to develop employer incentives and training contracts

Qualifications

Must hold a specialized certification in one of the following areas: CRCC, CCM, CDMS. Minimum of 2 years of vocational rehabilitation counseling/placement experience and case management experience in workers' compensation arena.
