Responsibilities

Make independent claim determinations based on medical information
Review complex medical documentation to determine disability status
Manage disability claims including comorbidities and ADA accommodations
Coordinate investigative efforts and negotiate return to work

Qualifications

High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Three years of disability case/claims management experience
Knowledge of ERISA regulations and FMLA regulations
Strong communication and computer skills
