Join Sedgwick as a Senior Disability Representative, where you will provide disability case management and make complex claim determinations based on medical documentation and disability plan interpretation.
Makes independent claim determinations, reviews complex medical information, oversees facets of complex claims, determines benefits, communicates claim status, negotiates return to work, coordinates investigative efforts, evaluates and arranges outside referrals, and maintains professional client relationships.
High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred, state certification in statutory leaves preferred, three years of benefits or disability case management experience preferred, knowledge of ERISA regulations, FMLA regulations, medical terminology, and more.
