Job Description

Join our team at InnVentures as a Night Auditor and ensure all daily transactions are reconciled to provide our guests with a comfortable stay.

Responsibilities

Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues.
Follow proper cash handling procedures.
Ensure emergency procedures are followed.
Communicate effectively between shifts and departments.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand for entire shift and lift 25 pounds.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
