ABM is seeking a Lead Warehouse Cleaner to provide direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. The ideal candidate will oversee cleaning operations, manage work schedules, and ensure quality standards are met.
Provide leadership and direction to team members
Relay communication between team members, client, customers, and management
Report performance issues to the Supervisor
Assist with training of cleaning team
Coordinate work assignments
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must be 18 years of age or older
1 year supervisor/lead experience required
