Job Description

The Warehouse Lead supervises warehouse employees, maintains an efficient warehouse atmosphere, and ensures all projects are completed correctly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily tasks for forklift operators
Supervise product placement, shipping, receiving, and paperwork
Act as a liaison between forklift operators and management
Ensure compliance with warehouse rules and regulations
Train and coach forklift operators on policies and safety procedures
Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a lead role
Experience in food or agricultural warehousing preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Forklift certification preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
