Job Description

Join our team at the College of Arts & Science as an Academic Advisor focusing on juniors and transfer students. Help develop and implement programs and services to support these student populations.

Responsibilities

Create innovative programs and services for juniors and new transfer students
Lead role in transfer orientation, advising, and student leader development
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate program execution
Analyze data to recommend new programs and courses

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree in higher education/student affairs preferred
3+ years experience in counseling, advising, or student services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
