Responsibilities

Prepare and ship all outbound shipments including parcel, freight, and international
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for all outbound shipments
Take calls and setup delivery appointments for all outbound shipments
Follow company and customer shipping instructions, policies, and procedures
Load and unload delivery trucks
Maintain accurate data entry and records in the system
Prepare all outbound pallets for shipment
Operate powered industrial trucks including forklifts
Utilize computer systems and software for shipping
Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year experience in shipping/receiving
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
Knowledge of PC and database programs
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic measuring skills and visual quality inspection
Experience operating a Forklift and electric pallet jacks
Strong attention to detail
