Responsibilities

Direct daily warehouse activities and provide guidance to team members
Supervise inbound and outbound processes for timely shipments
Maintain accurate inventory levels and documentation
Promote and enforce a safe and organized warehouse environment
Communicate effectively with leadership and team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a Warehouse Lead role
Leadership training or demonstrated ability to lead teams
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficient in basic computer systems
Effective communication skills
